]]> Esan, one of the companies of Eczacibasi Holding, was established in 1978 to produce high-quality raw materials for the ceramics sector. Esan is one of Turkey’s leading industrial mineral and metallic mineral producers in Turkey and Europe. In addition to industrial minerals, metallic mines, and magnesium metal produced in its facilities, Esan markets and sells various commercial products as well. As a supplier of high-quality minerals and many industrial inputs and equipment, Esan markets more than 150 products to industries in Turkey and 50 other countries.

Esan exports its products to more than 50 countries all over the world and uses 17 different container shipping lines in its shipments. Before using the ShipsGo container tracking module, they used to track their shipment containers from the shipping lines’ websites and spent too much time on each single container tracking. Esan achieves more than 1000 shipments in a year. Many shipping lines do not send any notification/update about the container’s position to the shippers; this means lots of websites visit and collect the data from different interfaces. 

The Esan Logistics Department team used to visit at least five times the web of the related shipping line and spend at least 1 minute for each visit before using the ShipsGo container tracking module. It means ten-fifteen working days in a year just for tracking the logistics team of Esan uses ShipsGo Dashboard to upload Master Bill of Lading or container numbers by an Excel sheet.
