Anlaytics 360 - Predictions

Analytics 360 is a tool that gives you reports with your data from ShispGo. This tool provides datasets and graphs that you can predict with the shipments you send tracking requests. This content has been created as a guide for you. It explains each component you see in the “Analytics 360” tab in ShipsGo Dashboard with visuals for you. In this content, the components in the “Analytics 360 – Predictions” tab are explained.

On the Analytics 360 – Predictions page, you can find predictions based on your data for a selected route. You can choose a route by selecting ports of loading and discharge and clicking on the Search button, or you can select from the below list of your mostly used routes by clicking on the Details button.

On this section you can find the predicted transit times of the carriers
on the selected route. The carriers displayed here are the most-used ones by you.

Analytics 360 - Route Performance

Port of Loading - Port of Discharge

You can enhance your decision-making process by examining carrier-based comparisons on a selected route.

You can choose a route by selecting ports of loading and discharge and clicking on the Search button.

Or you can select from the below list of your mostly used routes, by
clicking on the Details button.

Carriers Average Transit Times

After your selection, you will find route performance analytics of your
shipments on the selected route. In the first section, you’ll find the
average transit times of your shipments on this route, differentiated by carriers. The carriers displayed here are the most-used ones by you.

Carriers Late/Early Arrivals

In the second section, you can find the on-time/late/early arrival numbers of your shipments on this route, differentiated by carriers.

TS Waiting Times

TEU Counts

On the left section here, you can see the average waiting times of your shipments on the different Transshipment Ports of this route.

On the right section, if you keep your pointer on one of the columns, you’ll see the count of TEUs shipped on this route in the given time interval.

Number of Shipments

On the Volume page, you will find general analytics of your shipments. In the image below, you’ll find the number of shipments completed during the selected time interval.

Port of Loading/ Port of Discharge

In the second section, you can view the number of shipments
differentiated by Port of Loading and Port of Discharge.

Favorite Carriers

In the image above, you can view the number and percentage of
shipments that were shipped with each carrier.

Transshipment Ports

You can view the number of shipments by transshipment ports by hovering over it.

How to use filters and time interval?

You can filter the data on all of pages, by using the Show Filters button.
There are 4-7 different parameters you can choose for filtering. You can add more than one filter or multiple parameters for each filter at once. Then click on the outer (gray) space of the pop-up window, and the results will be listed automatically.
You can select the time interval and the graphs will be automatically updated.

How to export Analytics 360 graphs?

You can extract each page as a PDF file by clicking on Export button that’s on the right upper corner.

Evyap logistics team needs the details of every shipment information, such as the name of the port of loading and discharging, date of loading, name, and dates of transit ports, and total transit time. They used to get that information from their freight forwarders by phone and had problems reaching accurate information. The team now follows the location of their cargo by using an interactive map and dashboard.
